• Arrival day will be the day you want to ride. Departure day should be the following day.

Items are valid from 09.23.22 – 09.25.22 for the Summer Season at Palisades Tahoe (based on availability). If you select USPS for your tickets to be mailed, you will receive your tickets within 12 business days. Once you receive your tickets in the mail, you can then proceed direct to lifts upon arrival. If you did not select the mailing option; you may redeem your tickets at any ticket window or by using the link in your email confirmation to redeem your tickets at the Pickup Kiosks located at each base area. Scan your barcode from your phone and your tickets will print out at the kiosk.
The person purchasing the tram ticket (head of household), must be the one to pick up the tram tickets at the resort with a valid ID. If multiple items are purchased in one transaction, only the purchaser is authorized to pick up all of the tram tickets at the resort.
